Dr. Keith received his medical degree from the University of Washington, School of Medicine in 1973 then he went on to finish his internship, residency, and fellowship.

Mr. Branch Jr. received his Associates Degree in Accounting and Finance and has been an employee for the U.S. Postal Service as an Accounting Technician. Mr. Branch Jr. is responsible for the accounting of thirty-two post offices in the Inglewood area. Mr. Branch is very involved with his community by volunteering in public schools for Local District 8 in the Los Angeles Unified School District for the past ten years. He is a Vietnam Veteran and serves as a Commissioner for the Veterans Affairs Commission for the City of Carson. He has volunteered for over 30 years as a football coach for the OCJAAF Orange County Junior All American Football League. Mr.Branch has also mentored and coached for the Carson Colts and LB POLY Midget. Many of these youth have gone on to play in the NFL.
